Refund Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Stores on SellPass are run by independent Sellers. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made in those stores and for SellPass's own plans and fees.
Purchases from a store
- The Seller decides refunds. Each store's own refund and warranty terms (shown on the product page or the store's terms page) apply to your order.
- Digital goods are generally delivered instantly and cannot be "returned". Refunds are usually offered when an item is faulty, not as described, or not delivered, and the Seller cannot provide a working replacement.
- How to ask: contact the Seller through the store's contact page or the customer portal, include your order ID and describe the problem. Sellers can issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or deliver a replacement.
- Crypto payments are refunded at the Seller's discretion and may be refunded in a different amount of cryptocurrency due to exchange-rate changes and network fees.
- If a Seller does not respond within a reasonable time, contact us at mail@sellpass.net and we will review the case. We may take action against Sellers who repeatedly fail to deliver or refuse valid refunds.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting the Seller may delay a resolution.
SellPass plans and platform fees
- Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period.
- Plan payments and platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we made a billing error.
